I have wanted to try this at home for about two years and decided that now is the time. I started it a few days ago and hung it in the fridge downstairs this morning before going to work. It will be ready Christmas Day…boy that will be a treat. I think I will put a whole antipasto tray together after we have Christmas breakfast. I fell in love with duck while in culinary school and now can’t get enough of it. But this may be a stretch for even me. I’ll let you know.
